Umm a friend told me that Wicked the Novel and Confessions of an ugly Stepsister are girl books. is it true, or would men enjoy them too?

The only way to know if you like a book is to try, whether or not it's a girl book. You'll never know until you try.

I would hazzard a guess that your friend has never read these books and is playing off the fear that only gays like theatre or anything connected with it. I've read Wicked, but not Confessions and really enjoyed it. So forget what anyone says and enjoy your reading.

I don't think Wicked is a girl or a guy novel. It's just a good book!!! Try reading it and see if you like it at all... you might surprise yourself.
