its an mp3 song called tancuy by ruki v vreh. russian song russian band. its kinda dancy but a bit sad too. the song is abt a guy who is leaving his gf at the train station cuz he is being transported to jail and he wrote her a note saying ' tancuy bez menia' translation 'dance without me'
