I have a razr phone and a t-mobile phone plan. Does anybody know if free ringtones exist out there? As of right now, I pay $1.49 per ringtone.

Check out Phonezoo. They let you download ringtones for free. You can even make your own by uploading a file, editing it and sending it to your phone. They send you a text message with a link where you can download the ringtone you made. It's really easy.
