Well obviously he's shy. But if a shy guy is hot, well, ask him out. Yeah, you, ask him out. Guys are so rare to ask girls out nowadays, they're all lame idiots. But if they're hot, ehh go out with him, get to know him, even if he's not great it's a great ego boost/thing to make friends jealous if you date a hot guy. ALWAYS date the hot guy, even if he's weird. If he's a jerk, dump him of course, but right now you really don't know because he's shy/pathetic. But hot. Yes he's lame. But if he's hot... why not?
