Did John Proctor write a letter to his children before he died?

He did draft a will while improsioned, in which left his estate to his children, though excluding his wife Elizabeth. It is widely thought that the reason for this was he believed she would eventually be executed as well, and he wished his farm stay in the family.
It is not common knowledge of letters to his children.
