Is this your girlfriend? I ask because you say you want to have another girlfriend. You don't need to make her hate you, you need to be honest with her. Tell her the truth. If you don't love her let her go. Don't waste her time. She could be giving that love and care to someone who will return it.
If she is just a friend, again tell her the truth. The worst thing you can do is just be a jerk so she wont like you. That is one of the oldest and cruelest ways to end something with someone, and it causes a heck of a lot more damage to someone than honesty ever could.

Just because she "thinks" she loves you does not keep you from having another "girlfriend".
