and also a cafe with real roads inside, where all the waiters will travel on bicycles and the customers will be sitted by the 'road'. ? the toilet themed cafe will be made to look like a toilet. wiht the waiters dressing up as toilet cleaners.

These are both very creative ideas. I would go to the toilet bowl cafe, but I wouldn't bet money on the rest of America. The road thing sounds cool too. I dont think bicycles would work though. Simply because the waiters will need their hands to carry food. (unless they had everything packed in a big picnic basket). So Unicycles maybe. That would be neat.

I would not visit a toiet themed cafe. I would be too disgusted. I probably would not visit the one with real roads either. If the waiter is traveling on bikes, how do you keep them from spilling food and drinks everywhere? Their hands would be dirty from riding the bike. I'd pass on both, but if I had to choose one it would be the roads.

I would much rather have the road based one.
I don't think seeing toilet cleaners would be very appetizing.

neither. Toilets and Food do NOT mix. A cafe with bikes would have to be really big. I think I would get nervous with all the bikes going by--but I bet the bike cafe would be a better choice.

I would prefer the road one. The toilet themed one would be sort of disturbing to me. That is just my opinion. I say just go with whatever you think will bring in more customers.

Maybe I'd go to the road themed restaurant, especially if the guests sat in cars, but I wouldn't go to a toilet themed restaurant.

would we be sitting on toilets? how could you tell if you were really in the rest room? does your server wear rubber gloves? are the napkins on a roll?
