Verrryyy original. I bet you could find a lawyer to take that case, too! The premise sounds pretty darn logical to me!

No. Are Catholic men, women, and children in Nigeria and Brazil supporting child abuse committed by a few bad priests 30 years ago in Ireland? No. Is the President the entire United States of America? No, the U.S. is more than 300 million people. A crime committed by a very few in powerful positions does not make the entire U.S. guilty. In the same way, the Holy See (the Pope) is not the Catholic Church. The Church is the assembly of the People that God has called together from the ends of the earth. The Church currently has over 1.2 billion members and includes almost all of the victims of abuse and their families. This group, the Church, does not "support child abuse." The abuse and subsequent cover up was committed (mostly decades ago) by less than 1% of the priests and bishops, that is less than 0.0005% of the entire Church. And these very few sick and/or evil individuals acted in direct violation of everything for which the Church stands. With love in Christ.

no, they expect you to get free aid from the government. That is why the LA Catholic Cardinal is for open borders. He wants all of Mexico in LA, and wants the taxpayers to pay for their food and housing. Why? Because the church pays no taxes. Very selfish religion.

Karen, if you are old enough to have 4 kids, you are old enough to know that the catholic church is really messed up....all the way around...who cares what they say?....if you can't afford and don't want more kids, take birth control or get fixed...they only have sex with little boys, what do they really know about sex and birthcontrol...nothing.

I like that idea. However, no matter what the Church says, you have free will and you chose to follow their teachings.

You know, that sounds like a good plan. Bet they would quickly chnage their stance on the subject if several people began winning those suits. Why not? People have sued for spilling hot coffee on themselves and winning.

I heard your husband got fired as a truck driver because he couldn't get his load out in time. It sounds like trucking isn't the only area where that's a problem for him.
