I have been waiting forever for the Pirates of the Caribbean 3 movie trailer to come out, since the movie comes out in May, BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN THE TRAILER ANYWHERE!!!!! ARGHH!!!!

Unfortunately, my fellow Pirates fan, there has been no news as to when a trailer will be released for Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. There has been many rumors, but so far, every single one has been false (ex: Santa Clause 3, Super Bowl XLI, Ghost Rider, Bridge to Terebithia), so I doubt there will be a trailer anytime soon, unless Disney makes an official announcement.
According to writer Terry Rossio, the reason no trailer has been released because of the success of the second DVD. Because the DVD is still selling well, it wouldn't make sense to be running two different advertisements for two different movies.
Also, big summer movies can be promoted so much that by the time summer comes around, you feel overstuffed with advertisements that its like you have seen the movie already.

I'm not sure when it comes out, but I wish it would because I would like to see a preview of it and see if it's worth going to the movie theaters & paying money
