Any of the movies with Cheech and Chong but my favorite by them is Up in Smoke. Stacey Keach plays a police Sargent out to stop drug trafficking but gets addicted to some crazy stuff that has to be smoked by using a bong that looks like a gun. Towards the end that stuff was mixed with some crazy stuff and Keach turns into a giant lizard!
You have got to see that movie!
