Have a beginning a middle and an end. Think about your introduction, what you want to say and how you will coclude. If you concentrate on what you want your audience to remember 30 seconds later, the you will have a good guide. Get their attention with an opening and the closing remarks.

The first part should be to make a statement or two about what you are going to talk about. The second part should be information sharing. And the third part should be a recap or conclusion.
