Many Repubs do not and are starting to speak out and vote with Dems. Others are in denial and hope that this last surge will have a different outcome from all of the other surges. Even Bush's hand picked advisors and generals have told him that the war is lost.

Because we are still entitled to our opinion. Just because you believe something is wrong doesn't mean I have to change my mind and agree with you. Just because you are in the majority doesn' t make you right and it doesn't mean we have to change our opinions. Your way of thinking goes against everything this country stands for. Also remember that those of us who do not agree with you still have and are entitled to elected officials who agree with us.

most of the ones that are up for re-election have waffled quite a bit, and have been hearing it hard from the right wing wackos on the radio, fox, and blogs.
the fact is they can't afford to say they were wrong now, so it's all to easy to so our brave soldiers into that worthless meat grinder at tax payer expense.
