That woman's always on something, I swear it. She's washed up. She goes up to people holding a microphone... that isn't hooked up to anything - no cameraman... no nothing. She pretends to be interviewing them for some big great entertainment show, but... there's nothing there. She cries at night, and says "At least I ... achieved something in my mind."

She just talks too fast and doesn't know half of the people's names that she interviews. I don't think Joan would put up with her if she were on drugs - nor do I think she'd have the job.
