Track season is starting and i need some music that will really pump me up before races... any suggestions?
Perferably, RnB or Rap!

G-Unit, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dog, Lil Jon and the Eastside boyz, Eminem, Jay Z, Ludacris, and finally my favorite ...fiddy. Just pretend those boys in blue are chasing you for no reason, that's how I train when I run. LOL

i would suggest oldie dance songs like burn baby burn or stayin' alive. Just a lot of upbeat feel-good songs. They get me energized just lying on the bed.
