As a fan of one of the teams in that division I would say yes. But as a realist I'd say no because even though the central division has four teams in the playoffs, the southwest division has 3 out of the top 5 teams in the NBA.

yeah it would the best last year and its the best this year and yes the Atlantic division is horrible
