its a small fish. there were 2 but one died. well, its dying and iono why..

well if its on the floor I would put it back in the water for starters.

Put her back in the tank ,do you have a cat, could they have jumped out of the tank. You should put a guard on the top of your tank.Stroke her side and blow a little stream of air into her mouth and squeeze her sides very gently.Then put her back in the tank.Leave her to settle,to get over the shock.

Pick it up by the tail, placing your other hand under it so it does not get dropped by accident and replace it in a container with water, otherwise it will suffocate. As soon as it is in the container, treat the water as needed.

If you really care about it you put PICK IT UP and put it in the water
but if you dont want to pic it up trow water at it to stall time then RUN and get a bottle and scoop it up

salt water or fresh water? Most likely there is not enough oxygen in the tank.
