About a year ago, I treated someone very badly. (we have since begun a relationship of sorts) About two weeks ago, I found myself in a very similar/but different situation. I realized what a jerk I had been and knew I owed him an apology but it has been difficult to find the right time/setting etc. So next week, I plan to give him a call and set up an "appointment" with him where I know we will have the time alone to talk. Then I will be able to tell him how sorry I am for my behavior - without any excuses. It really doesn't matter why I felt justified at the time, what matters is that I was wrong. I just have to keep that in mind.

Thank you for admitting that, I get really sick of girls coming on here with their stalkerish mental behaviour whinging they've been dumped, they give us normal chicks a bad name!
I think honesty is the best policy, just say, 'look I'm not sure why (always got hormones to blame, lol) but I know I've been a bit of a beatch recently, I'm sorry and I am going to try really hard not to do it again, how can I make it up to you?'
Chances are he'll just want something silly like something in the bedroom (oh what a CHORE eh?) and he'll be really glad it was just temporary.
I go a bit mental now and then. and I hate myself afetrwards because I just think what the HELL was THAT about? But I always accept I was wrong, and ny husband now expects the odd hissy fit every few months. Us girls are crazy when I think about it, we treat men like crap to see if they really like us, and we become suspicious and possesive to try and become trusting! madness!

Ask yourself why you have been a bit of a cow and tell him - then say you are sorry for the way you were behaving.

Don't believe in true love, that's a myth. Just believe that he is the one. Just have a nice dinner with him, do some awesome adventure stuff and risk yourself for him that is an apology enough.
Have a nice day!

I made my man a chocolate cheesecake yesterday (his favourite), not to say sorry, but just to remind him that I really love him.
Do something that will make him feel loved - cook him something or bake him something nice, or write him a wee saucy note with the promise of something he'll be looking forward to later. Or run him a bubble bath - something he probably wouldn't do himself but I've never met a man who didn't love it!

We all tend to be a cowish to our men at times, but if he really loves you then he will understand, just tell him how much you love him, hug and cuddle him till he begs for mercy and always, always be there for him when he needs your support too, now go on give him a big hug, good luck and be happy and lucky always.
