i ask because grand father is sick and wants to give his fathers shotgun to me but i dont think i can have it with that on my record thanks again any help would be great.

After 10 years depending onthe felony charge you can write the govenor and ask for amnesty. That would wipe thapart of it clean you could vote again and soforth but of course it all depends on the circumstances.

You can't remove a felony from your record. It's with you for life. He can think of something else to give you. The gun will only get you in trouble, and you don't want that added to your record.

Convicted felons give up their right to ever bear arms again! You can not have a felony removed from a criminal record.

Sorry, but if you do the crime, you lose your prime.

A felony will never be removed but you can ask a judge to seal a record,and even then when they run a federal check on you it will pop up.
