pokemon codebreakers?

Well i have 3 questions !
1: I got a Link.cable that has connecction to usb port and GBa can i pass pokemon from emulator to my GBA?
2: Do you have some good codebreakers for my pokemon blue Emulator game?
3: MissingNO in pokemon silver?

1. No one, to my knowledge, has written a program to trade Pokemon from an emulator to an actual cartridge. Until recently, they couldn't even trade between emulators.

2. Just look for GameShark or other codes at IGN or elsewhere, and put them into your emulator. Here's an example: http://db.gamefaqs.com/portable/gameboy/file/pokemon_game_shark_a.txt

3. Using the "catch anywhere" code, a glitch can be caught using
"FF" as the Pokemon digit. Don't do it though, because it will crash your game. Here's the one in Gold, but they would be the same.
