walking alot. for insatance if you drive localy dont the more you walk the faster you will lose the excess, water and cranberry juice is also really good for wait loss, cranberry juice is packed with antitoxidents which helps clear the things your body doesnt need and drinking plenty of water helps flush out all the stuff inside you rthat youu really dont want, finally plenty of bananas and cut down on carbs for a week or two so your body burns off the excess, remember to eat though else you wont have energy for exercise, if your not an outdorsy person (or dont own a bike) do air cycling where you lay on your back and mimic the action of cycling also try doing crabs shoulder stands and skipping in your spare time, any time you can use, sat down lif your legs if cycling (if your not toembarrased but it really does look like a nervous twitch just pump your legs up and down while on tiptoe almost). Im not a big fitness girl but this really worked for me as i had a similar issue.

I don't know if you have Digital Cable or not, but if you do, go to Excersize one Demand and there's a Cheer one... it says that Paula Abdul is in it but they're totaly lying but honestly, after 10 min of that video I was dying! The next two days, my inner thighs were burning! I've never done any excersize that worked my inner thighs so well!

Exercise, proper nutrition, or buy better jeans that creates the illusion of thinner thighs. But your thighs won't get super thin because it is base on genetics.

I honestly don't know but nothing comes superfast, just be careful whatever you do and stay healthy don't do one of those silly fad diets were you eat nothing for days, your probably perfect as you are but good luck and do be careful.

I would not suggest trying to thin up anywhere on a size one frame. Thickness Baby they love it!

for immediate results, there's nothing a roll of clingfilm can't do... although it might impede your ability to walk and might be hard to explain in a dating situation if you wear a skirt... but, still.. you did want super fast ;-) good luck...
