you dont, there is no database that stores telephone numbers against email address.

Well, I can't get you the full telephone number, but I can get you the area code and possibly the next three digits. I'm assuming that this person e-mailed you, or if not, you can email them. Look in the header of the email and find the IP address of the email address you want to find out about. Go to http://www.seomoz.org/ip2loc and enter the IP address in the box. It will tell you the city. From there you can look up the area code, and possibly the next three digits.

As the previous people have said, there is no database stored of emails - Phone number or vice versa.
