I am going to controll myself from utter laughter as I answer this one. What you are simply asking is how can I figure out a way to circumvent the law so that I am allowed to drive while intoxicated. First, dont drink alcohol and drive, thats the sure fire way not to get caught. If that isn't good for you let me tell you this. There is absolutely no way to pass the test if you are legally intoxicated. Most states have a breath level of .08. Also, if you are an officer that focuses on DWI, then they are well schooled in making accurate determinations regarding your sobriety. They will also perform HGN, which is the test where they make you look at a pen and follow it from side to side. In that case, HGN dosent use breath, it is using the responces from your brain through your eye movement to give the officer his clues. Finally, for the clincher, please dont listen to the other person here who said, "just dont take the test". Here's why! The moment you refuse to take the test (which you have every right to do), is the exact moment that I place you under arrest becasue you are failing to fulfill your obligations as a vehicle operator in the state where you live. Most states if not all require you to submit to a police officers direction or request, if that request is reasonable. If you fail to do so, the cost for refusing a breath test is usually 6 months to a year, even if you are found not guilty (license suspension). And for the clincher, one more tidbit of information. A conviction for the offense of DWI stays on your drivers license for 75 YEARS, and also can be used to deny you for certain types of employment. The best way to beat these breath test is to take the test and hire a lawyer who specializes in DUI/DWI cases. These cases have been successfully overturned or the breath test rendered inadmissible in court by finding flaws with the machines or human error. However there are no chemicals, herbs, or anything else you can use to defeat these tests. (That wouldn't kill you)

You can definitely beat the Breathalyzer test by not drinking alcohol if you know you're going to be driving. That's the best way I know how to beat the test. Drinking and driving KILL ... and, let's hope that if some has to die because of drunk driving that it's the person who drank before getting behind the wheel. It sounds like to me that you need some serious help and intervention.
