I have a song ringtone on mine--Dream On by Aerosmith (its a bit of an obsession) and I have to wait until Steven Tyler stops singing and the guitars start in on their thing.

I just answer the phone, when I see who it is and I never really think of picking it up on the ring, I just pick it up. =)
