It depends on what the culture accepts at the time.
Examples:
1. Anal sex use to be considered an unusual practice and now a lot of people find it usual.
2. Different positions in heterosexual sex other than the missionary position - face to face was considered weird until about 30 years ago.
3. Homosexual sex is now more tolerated in our society.
4. Oral sex to men was considered normal while for woman wasn't accepted until the 1970's.
5. Vibrator use was the same as above.
6. Internet sex is mostly accepted.
7. Multiple partners at a time - still on the edge.
Some practices people still think is perverse are:
1. Sado-Masochism practices.
2. Fetishes for non sexual parts of peoples bodies ie feet.
3. Fetishes for objects - ie. shoes, panty hose, panties.
So you see it depends on societies' general views and your personal views.

Perversion is anything that deviates from the social norm, usually used in terms of sexual inappropriateness.
For example, in American society it is not acceptable to peak at women dressing, but in societies where this is acceptable the person would not be perverted.
Sexual perversion is this, only in relation to sexual acts. Society frowns on people would have sex in bathroom stalls while wearing clown suits, so this is sexually perverted.
However, it more times than naught refers to making the other party feel uncomfortable. Sex is usually between two people and it is up to them how they want to have sex. Society shouldn't (but often does) dictate how this should be done.

A sexual perversion is an act that is not considered the norm. An example would be someone who likes to be peed on or defecated on. Sadist/masochist is considered a perversion.

What is considered to be "perversion" or "deviation" varies from society to society. Some paraphilias fall into the kinds of activities often called 'sexual perversions' or 'sexual deviancy' with negative connotations, or 'kinky sex' with more positive connotations. Paraphilia (in Greek para ÏαÏά = besides and '-philia' Ïιλία = love) - in psychology and sexology, is a term that describes a family of philias that reference sexual arousal in response to sexual objects or situations which may interfere with the capacity for reciprocal affectionate sexual activity.
Some specific paraphilias have been or are currently crimes in some jurisdictions. In some religions certain sexual interests are forbidden, leading some members of those religions to believe that all paraphilias must be sins. The field of psychology has attempted to characterize paraphilias in terms of their etiology and in terms of the ways they change the functioning of individuals in social situations. Some of these psycho-medical etiologies and descriptions have allowed some societies and religious/ethical traditions to view the paraphilias more positively. Some behaviors that might be classified as paraphilias by some subsets of society may be viewed as harmless eccentricities by other subsets of society, or entirely normal behavior within other societies.
Due to the somewhat subjective nature of their definition, the specific acts included under the umbrella of paraphilia vary from time to time and from place to place, and indeed from edition to edition of such works as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
