I am a manager for a small company, and I am so under paid. I have to put up with a lot of crap from the employees under me, mostly, because my boss (the owner of the company, who recently inherited the business) is in La La Land. The guy is a poor communitcator and basicly works part time in the spring and summer (busy season), because his main priority is golfing.

I like my job because I am given a lot of freedom and I am a very hard worker. I am also a good manager, and work very well with people. However, more money would diffenitely be the cure for making me stay longer. As of right now this is just a stepping stone.

I'm compensated very well for my work. In my opinion, it's an important job and I'm lucky that the corporation I work for thinks so too.

Yes I do. The benefits are good as well. I like my job, the environment around it, and my boss.
