I have a bridesmaids dress that I actually like...but it's pink. Can I dye black? If so, how and where?

Duchess satin may not take a color if it has any amount of polyester in it. The color will be streaky and blotchy. A good drycleaner will, sometimes, dye a dress for you, but it can be expensive. If you do want to try to dye it yourself, cut off a piece of material from an inside seam(not noticeable) use a liquid dye that works in cold water and dye the sample, let dry, then iron-if it doesn't splotch or look strange then you might go ahead.
Too bad it's pink, maybe you can accessorize it and tone down the color.

I dont know if you should try it yourself but I seem to remember somebody saying that the cleaners would dye things for you. You could call around and see. I mean they make satin sheets and ya just wash them. And ya can dye things right in your washer. But the thought that it may not dye evenly kind of sticks out in my mind. If you have nothing to lose whether you do it or not then try it. I washed a suede coat in the washer one time. I was gonna throw it away. But I washed it, let it air dry, and brushed it with a stiff brush and it came out great. So great that someone stole it. But anyway, if I were you I would try the cleaners. They may be able to tell you who could do it. Try a bridal shop too.

get some clothes dye and you can dye it yourself in the bath or sink lol thats what i did with some of my tops x

it's not good to dye it black since it was orginally pink and they used pink fabric.

So, it won't be ENTIRELY black
