Not going into the back-story, but let's just say the doors in this place are facing one another, and they were always slamming theirs, peeking around onto my patio, letting their daughter's slacker friends hang out until 1am sometimes....
but they are MOVING finally, after 3 years!

You know I have seen this kind of thing happen before, you are so happy and exited but just wait! The new people will move in and they will be worse then the other idiots and you will be wishing for the other ones to come back lol. Its the old saying, be careful what you wish for lol.
