I'm 6'0'' tall but i still cant grab the rim. i stopped playing about 2 years ago when i was about 4in shorter and i was still closer to grabbing the rim then i am now(about 4-5in). I need a solution that doesn't require weights ands is fast and effective. (maybe about a couple of weeks tell i can see a difference even if it is small)

Something that may have helped improve my vertical leap is jumping on a trampoline. Why don't you try that? Another excercise you might want to try is burnouts. Try to jump and grab the rim(or touch the backboard or something), then jump back up immediately when you hit the ground. Do ten or so repetitions of this, and do a few sets. Just keep jumping around, whenever you get the opportunity. By the way, I'm six feet tall(some would say I'm taller then six feet) but I can dunk two handed on a ten foot hoop.

Doing it without weights is very hard. just standing under the rim for about half an hour and just jumping up as far as you can constantly will help. protein drinks. exercise. calf raises
