Check Legal Aide in your area they will be able to help you find an attorney that may do the work for you pro bono. They help people without the means to pay for their services.Or check with a group that helps women, In MN its called crysalis I don't know if that would be the same where you live. Or maybe they have a child advocate agency in Colorado that could give you some suggestions. Good Luck!

On most cases Legal Aid attorneys will fight just as hard as
one you spend a arm and a leg on and they chose to help
people whom could not afford an attorney and went to the
same schools, etc, just want to sacrifice the plush life to help
others. Some legal aid Attorneys charge a fraction of what so
ever if it is a settlement involved for the procedures, etc. But
most Will help minorities and those whom otherwise would not
have legal representation as they can not afford it. There is a
Legal Aide office in most states and can be found in the yellow and white pages and not usually by Attorneys names,

You don't need a lawyer. Document everything that is going on with your daughter. Then request a hearing. Between the documentation and you daughter saying she wants to come live with you, there should be no problems.

A judge is going to listen to a 15 year old when he or she says who she wants to live with.

Simply request a hearing

You might want to contact your local social services agency (DCFS), they might be able to refer you to "free" lawyers or an agency that can help. Good luck to you!
