I really suggest you find a counselor or an anger management group. It sounds stupid, but your anger is probably the symptom of deeper issues, and other than professional help, you're going to be stuck with it. Find somebody or some people who deal with this sort of thing all the time, that you can trust, and tell them about it.

Maybe an Anger Management course would help you. But in the time use the old take a deep breath and count to ten thing might help. It might give you enough time to calm down so that you are not so angry.
Next time you are sick go to a walk-in clinic or the emergency room. It may take awhile before you can be seem, but some one will eventually take care of you.
Hope this helps and good luck.

You, my good man, are in major need of a love in your life---
preferably with an extremely tough woman--- someone that can love you to pieces and still kick your ragged butt !!! She will proceed to either tire you out to the place where you have no more energy for such stuff--- or ramp you so hard when you do these things that you will find your OWN way of putting an end to it !!!

Well, why aren't you arrested and doing court mandated counseling or anger management? That's what they usually do when someone does something like that. My ex-husband had your same problem. He went to anger management and counseling, but not for the right reasons. Medication might help. I would see a counselor and quick. You could really hurt someone next time or hurt yourself. I just hope if you have kids you aren't like this with them or your wife.

Have you tried taking anger management lessons? For example, take deep breath, inhale through the nose and exhale out of the mouth. Trust me, I know I was in the same boat.

I think YOGA would be able to help you because it calms a person down. YOGA and some MEDITATION would definitely help you. A little peace and silence a day.. just by yourself .. would help.

next time you get angry, which hopefully will be very soon, just start punching yourself in the face (you'll be doing us all a favor). PS, your Dr's office "story" is neither funny nor believable.

Don't get caught in gamma bomb blasts, which will transform you into an angry green beast every time you get angry. Or at least turn you green, since you seem to meet most of the other requirements.
