i downloaded firefox 2 and it said once it was done, after i clicked on it. file was corrupt!
I have been trying to get firefox all day, and it keeps giving me this error message! I have dial-up by the way.
Is there anyone who knows whats going on!?
I really want firefox, i HATe internet explorer!

I already tried to download firefox 2.
that is the one that i tried to download.
but it says file corrupted.

I am also saving it into the desktop.
Do you have to save it into a special place?

This is the fourth time I've seen this today. Must be a bad batch of builds for firefox today. I hate IE as well. Try Opera today and the firefox build should be fixed in a couple days.

What wrong with Internet explorer well look both are the same thing but Internet to me i think is easy er fire fox to me is back up i have both and i think Internet explorer is better downloading and it add on is much better if Internet explorer is working just use that and hear is some things that can help Ur PC

disk cleanup
click OK on drive this take some time these deletes some thing u dint need it doesn't mess up Ur computer it speed it up really good
if u haven't ever done it.

For the Internet i cant do anything because it diel up it slow on any program it gonna be slow if u want there a cheap Internet called DsL get Verizon dsl it 15 bucks a month that pretty good and it much faster then diel up

Try deleting the old firefox install and go to
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
and re-download it there. That is the offical site, most likely you had an issue in your inital download.

P.S. the above poster couldn't be more wrong, it does not matter at all with your connection speed using firefox v.s. IE v.s. Opera v.s. Safari. They all work on any connection.

reinstall Firefox it is going to restoration. by ability of saving it on laptop, then click on run. you additionally can attempt Opera browser very dynamic looks & google Chrome very low wait on OS. Regards, LAZY.

How do you expect to run firefox on dial up anyway, it isn't made to run on dial up. It is made for cable internet .
