If you measure your penis, even if you measure it correctly, which you obviously did not, then you are a pathetic insecure little boy. Start thinking with the big head - if you're 17 it's time to grow up and have interests other than what's between your legs. There's a big wonderful world out there, but you won't see it while you're fumbling around with a measuring tape. Hey, there are even GIRLS out there - and they DON'T want to hear you bragging about your measurements; that's boring and conceited. If you're really 17, start acting like an adult!

Now answering ur question, don't worry, your actually above average if it's 9 in. long. The average size for a male is actually 6.5 in. to 8.5 in. long. Now im not saying that your wierd or anything like that, many men are above average or in the average. Before i babble on and take up like a mile of space, no, your not below average. Hope i helped.

Grow up. You are measuring it wrong.
Try again and you will see it is the normal 5-6inches, just the same as every other boy your age.
