1. Daisuke Matsuzaka - 2.13 ERA in Japan and 200 k's, with that lineup behind him should be easy rookie of the year in the AL.

2. Phillip Hughes - Best pitching prospect in the monirs. Also the Yankees lineup is icing on the cake for him.

3. Jeremy Sowers - 88.1 innings last year with a 3.57 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP. He was 9-1 with a 1.39 ERA in 15 starts in Class AAA. Should win about 15 games with an ERA around 3.50

4. Homer Bailey - Had a 3:1 K/BB ratio. He has dominated the minors. The only thing holding him down will be the bandbox that Cincinnati plays in.

5. Adam Miller - Another Cleveland prospect here. Class AA pitcher of the year, 157 Ks to only 41 walks in 153 innings. He will be used probably the same way Sowers was last year. Eased in , then he should excel.
