I've read the stories of many women who aborted, and based on their experiences, yes, I would say you will still have pain.
Stephanie, you do NOT have to abort your child. If someone is pressuring you to do this, you need to remember that YOU are the one who is going to have to live with the violent assault on your body and the body of your baby. If they numb you or sedate you, then you shouldn't really feel pain. I know one of the ways they do abortions is a D&C, and I had one of those because of a miscarriage, not an abortion but for me I didn't feel anything during, and they said you can get cramps afterwards and I didn't really... they just gave me some Tylenol 2.

there is some pain and from what i know it depends on how far along the pregnancy is. the drugs do suppress most of the pain but there is a cramping pain like menstrual cramps.u will feel slow and sluggish for a day or 2. u also cant have sex for a recommended time of 6 weeks. this will allow the body to heal its self. also do not plan on having any more because the more u have the less chance u will be able to have kids and or carry a healthy baby full term.

The thing is about abortion is that you feel guitly forever mainly because you knew you were going to have a baby but you didnt....I wouldn't get an abortion I would give the baby to foster care(until u are ready to take care of the baby yourself)or\and adoption.....

The pain will probably be nothing compared to the life you are taking away. Please reconsider. There are hundreds of women who would give anything and everything to have the blessing that you have received. Accept it or pass the blessing on to someone who will appreciate and take care of that life.
