Not exactly, different women ovulate at different times in their cycle. But most women ovulate about 14 days after the first day of their period.

Any time you have sex there is a chance that you will get pregnant. Because menstrual cycles vary from woman to woman and from period to period, it is not possible to be 100% positive when you can and when you can't get pregnant. Additionally, sperm can live in a woman's reproductive system for several days after ejaculation. If you do not want to become pregnant, the only 100% way to guarantee that is not to have sex. If you do have sex, using some form of birth control every time you have sex will decrease your chances of becoming pregnant but will not guarantee it.

Good grief, no - you're MOST likely to get pregnant if you have sex in the two weeks after the end of your period. You ovulate at around 2 weeks after the *start* of your period (it varies) and you functionally have more than five fertile days around the date of ovulation.

The time you're least likely to get pregnant is during your period.

There is only one week when a woman can get pregnant and that is when she is ovulating. Usually, it is during the second week after a period but it varies from woman to woman.

NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!!

It all depends on YOUR cycle, what your body has been going through, stress, cease of birth control, medications... anything can mess up your cycle for a month or a few months.

I got pregnant either on or right after my period after I stopped using birth control. and I know plenty of people who have had similar experiences..... you can ovulate at any time of the month there is no sure way of knowing unless you check your basal temp regularly and even that can be a little off...

Just use protection and you don't have to worry!!!
