The consequences very with different people. Speaking about myself...I love riding motorcycle by myself and go thousands of miles at one time and sleep in a tent where ever I can, and most of the people think it isn't a good idea, cause what would happen if I broke down, get arrested for trespassing or get beat up in a bad area. I use to hitchhike 15+ years ago, and I absolutely loved it!!! I loved the freedom of just going and having no place to go, other then just go. As for the consequences of that lifestyle, I have personally learned to keep quiet and not tell people where I go and now I'm more isolated and I don't let people into my life as much, but on a more positive note, I learned to get to know who I am as a person and get in tuned with my own feelings, instead of what society thinks I should be. Yea, it's tough being out there on the road and wanting to just sleep and someone tells me that I need to keep moving on, but I just move on to a different location and ask myself why aren't people friendly anymore. I don't like the law, but we do need it for the protection of society, but when the law breaks the law, then there is no law. I love my independence and freedom and the more I think about it now, I have a very hard time with relationships, cause I don't let people get close to me, and by not allowing people to get close to me, I will probably never know what it will be like to be loved by someone. Well I hope I gave you some ideas to get you started.
