There was a different one on another spyware program a couple of weeks ago. The ones found today were Actual Spy 2.8, Elite Keylogger, Free-Keylogger, and Home Keylogger 1.70.

How do I know that these have been deleted, that there are no others, and how do I protect from getting them again?

Run your anti spyware programs again
if they don't show up this time they are gone.
You should run your anti-spyware once a day,

If your anti-spyware program found the keyloggers, that tells me that you're not running anti-virus software (at least, not anything useful). Get an anti-virus software package like Norton or McAfee; these will offer you real-time protection against keyloggers.

Also, most of those programs are installed by USERS of the machine. Is there someone else who uses the machine that might want to spy on what you're doing?

If you are using Ad-Aware, SpyBot S&D, and/or SUPERANTISPYWARE, you never know. Do a scan from major companys.

Windows OneCare Live: http://safety.live.com
You can do the Safety Scan alone or do the full service scan.

Norton/Symantec: http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/home.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=23&pkj=OJDYRHYTINMHDKDCWLL

Or McAfee: http://us.mcafee.com/root/mfs/default.asp

When in doubt, scan all 3 just to fully make sure. Course its Time Consuming, so maybe do it when you are doing other things. Just dont go on the computer while its scanning or new Cookies might interfer. So go out with friends, do HW, or just sit there and stare at the celing

You must have a virus protection. Lest you are likely to be infected by viruses during browsing. Install a standard antivirus. If you need one, please visit the following site and select a suitable free/ paid antivirus.

Besides finding out what programs are on your system, you might want to put some * serious * thought into WHO put them there. Someone is watching you VERY closely and there may be reasons for it, but either way....they didnt get there by accident. (if you know what I mean?)
