Go to control panel
go through printers until you find yours listed
highlight it and right click it
click properties, click maintenance
run Deep cleaning if you have it
clean head if not.

your ink is probably only dried on the head
if this doesn't work
buy new ink

The only time I have ever had success reviving old ink is by using ink thinner.

Being that as it may, there is no real way to come up with the right ratio, and I fear your ink cartridges are dead if the ink is all dried up.

Any type of intervention will most likely leave you with a big mess.

I would just buy another one. I have a hp and even if i just took the cartridges out of the packages if it is past the experation date it will not work. I had several of those and they had lots of ink in them they were good but the printer read the date and would not use them, that sucks.

If its black, it may be a pigment ink, soak head in weak ammonia solution, if colour, its dyebased, warm water is ok.
