You can do a search for "Boat Plans", "Free Boat Plans", things like that.
Below are two links; The first say Free, the second you buy. But, this examples and my search returned many possibles.
I not sure anything is free, but, it not hurt to browse. Also, you may be able to look at pictures and figure it out and not need to buy Plans.

In the advertising section in the back of sailing magazines there are ads for boat plans. Try Wooden Boat, Messing About in Boats, etc. There are online editions of some.
