ok so first of all a girl left my house with her boyfriend and then told the cop she drank at my house so thats why they came. didn't see anyone drinking however. but there was an empty vodka bottle and an empty 12 pack. ok so i go to court the day i was supposed to and it hadn't even been entered into the system or anything. so they re-assigned my court date for a month later. is that something i could use to fight it?

No. Try asking yourself what you were thinking to allow minors around alcohol on your property in the first place. Some people insist on learning the hard way, dont they ? If you are very lucky, this girls parents wont take you into a civil procedure as well.

Sure, there is something you could use.
It is called lying and being dishonest. It did happen. It is illegal. Learn a lesson from it.
