I don't like it, and I'll tell you why:

It has nothing to do with morality. I could care less if kids are grinding their private parts on the dance floor in a way that is suggestive, or even an explicit imitation of, sex. In my eyes, it's better for kids to be getting it on like that rather than really doing it and getting pregnant and whatnot.

Rather, I lament the state of modern dance. This grinding takes a certain amount of 'natural flow', the ability to feel natural with your body and with doing that. I, sadly enough, do not. I can barely dance and feel natural as it is, and that's with pre-established steps and routines. Left to my own devices, I can't get into a personal groove and grind.

Compare it to swing dance, or ballroom dancing- stuff that was glamorous, fun, beautiful, and took immense skill but had pre-established rules and steps so that everyone knew what they were doing. I like that.

Call me a fuddy duddy, but I don't want to grind with anyone, unless it's in the privacy of my own home with someone I want to get intimate with!

Grinding Is For Adults Not Kids They Shouldnt Be Grinding All On Each Other At School Like People Wanna See That At School. That Is A Move For Adults In The Club. I Wish My Kids Would Be Grinding At School.

Grinding is a dance for adults in a night club, not for children. Its just that because most of the music today is for adults but children listen to them as well, they learn how to grind from the videos of this music. The schools should outlaw these dances and explain to them the consequences that many of these adults go through by doing this grinding dance.

I couldnt care less about what other people do for fun. Personally Im not really into any kind of dancing, but others doing it doesnt bother me in the least.

And while we're on the subject, I think its ridiculous to ban it from school dances.

I find nothing wrong with it, but some people grind to songs that really aren't for "grinding". Some peoepl also over do it.

school dance floors are not the place to dry hump... under the bleachers, or in the yard at night, those are the places to dry hump, or more if you prefer..
