Something quick is a sandwich or soup, or if you have time, start a roast or spaghetti. If you are in a rush go to the local fast food, but try to eat smart and not the usual burger and fries.

A large slice of white pizza with extra ricotta on it, a bottle of heineken, and after that a nice piece fo cheesecake topped with fresh mixed berries and a coffee with a splash of baileys Irish Cream in it. If that isn't available a bag of Sun chips,hotdog,and a glass of Sprite.

stick some chocolate chip cookies in the microwave for a couple seconds until the chocolate gets warm and gooey and the cookie is soft and then drink a glass of milk.
