Depends on the time of day, and the day of the week. You should allow about 6 hours if you're travelling in the daytime from Tralee or Killarney. The biggest delay is actually getting from the outskirts of Dublin into town - that can take a couple of hours on a bad day.

id imagine 4-5 hours im kilkenny takes me 2 hours to dublin so im not too sure
