I love all animals, but given the choice, I pick DOGS, even though cats are a lot easier to care for. There's nothing like that big slurpy kiss!

I used to say dogs until I had a kid. Now I say cats because the kid gets my undivided and I have no time for a dog it seems. Kitties are more independent and less needy. I find that alot of newer mothers are annoyed by dogs,wheras they used to be devoted dog lovers, after having their first child. It's just a burden.

Cats.
They are low maintenance. You can go away for a couple of nights with enough food, water, and litter for them. Also, better if you live in an apartment.
Despite what some may think, cats are very loving animals.
(I like dogs too.)

BOTH! I love them both equally! I have 2 dogs & 3 Cats ! Both animals are awesome!

Cats.
But I have to say, I DO love my German shep. mix dog that I have had for over 10 years... she is the ONE dog I love more than cats... but as a general rule, I prefer cats to dogs.
