I heard that an orgasm caused by masturbation is much stronger than one cause by sex. Is a self-inflicted orgasm bad when you are pregnant? (Not by use of a vibrator...done with your hands on the clitorus) Will it hurt the baby when your uterus contracts so strongly? Will it cause an early labor? I'm 5 months.

Not in my experience, And I have 4 children all healthy

It's perfectly fine to masturbate and orgasm.
