reality show? Yes, she did model for Guess back in the day and did the Playboy thing, but $250 mil? Give me a Break!!!

As of yet she hasn't received any $$ from J Howard Marshall's estate, so what's the deal?

You know, I honestly don't believe her estate is worth that much. I think she had the will drawn up expecting her lump sum payment from her husbands estate but since it hasn't come through I don't know what her true worth is.

I do know it can't be that much. She hasn't done much work and Trim spa (along with her) are being sued. There is also the issue that was brought up on CNN about the house in Bermuda not actually belonging to her because no money was ever paid for it. I'm sure eventually we will find out that she was on the boarder line of being bankrupt which could help explain why she was so miserable.

She doesn't have the money yet. It's still being battled out in the court. The late billonaire's family doesn't believe she deserves the money.

You really need to read about this. Go to Wikipedia or something. This is a court case that has reached the Supreme Court and White House.


YEAH SHE HASN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING, BUT THE FIRST COURT RULED AGAINST THE FAMILY, AND AWARDED her $250M, the Court of Appeals overuled it and reduced the value to $88m. Since 2 courts ruled for her, regarless of whether it was $250m OR $88M, it is obvious the law believes she deserves some kind of settlement, so most likely her estate will get the money. Right now, the battle isn't about the whether or not she will get the money, the battle is which state has the jurisdiction to take the case. (Texas or California). Partial reason it's going all the way to the Supreme court.
