Oh,yes...And this would be a first step in peace talks...I don't understand how Israel can ask the Palestinians to recognize its right to existence, again, when Israel doesn't recognize the righ to existence of Palestinians, their right to an independent state, and let's not forget about the right to return of millions Palestinians refugees...They should do this first and then ask peace talks...

There is no palestine as a country. Never has been and the way it looks, there never will be. The Palestinians have only been around sense about 1948 and they were a people until Arafat came from Egypt and proclaimed himself a Palestinian when he was an Egyptian. The Palestinians are really from Egypt, Syria and Jordan and the Jordanians killed about 20,000 of them in one month in September of 1973. Palestinians are the radical Arabs from everywhere.

Yes Israel should recognize Palestine. Although Israel is supposedly recognized as land for the "chosen" people in historical text, it is also the land that was designated for the Palestinians in historical text. Both parties have laid claim the land at some point in history and as such each should respect the other's right to be observed.

The Israelis shouldn't be required to recognize Palestine, the same way most of the Middle East isn't required to recognize the right of Israel to exist.

Who, what, where ,when ,why !? What is a Palestinian except a former believer in Judaism who has disregarded the holy teachings and gone his separate ways . A loathsome beast who God abandoned in favor of the Israelites .
Palestinians do not exist in the mind of Israelites .
They are not people and have no rights except as slaves to the Jewish Master Race .
They have no property rights no protection under Israeli laws and are not welcome in Israel . Like the Jews of 60 years ago In Europe where treated .
I think it is unfair how Palestinians are treated and they deserve our help . A firm set of laws defining the division of land established in 194? before Israel grabbed more land .

as usual, this is backwards. Israel would be very happy to be peaceful with "Palestine," and has bent over backwards to accommodate them.
now if Hamas and Fatah could quit killing each other and agree to be peaceful to Israel, whom Hamas has repeatedly stated they will not recognize, they might get somewhere.
but i doubt that will happen. Hamas clearly has zero intention of recognizing Israel, unless you count as recognizing the dozen or so rockets Hamas fires into Israel on a daily basis. somehow i think Israel would rather not be recognized that way.

Which peace are you talking about ? If a thief siezed your house and claimed his right to hold for ever, which peace can you make with him ?Read their holy book to discover that they hate everyone but the jews. They want to kill those who live in Palestine and even the whole Arabs.Their doctrine is based on hatred.

I think they recognize them every time a missile is lobbed over or a suicide bomber blows up innocents on a bus.
