Is my internal body clock out of whack or what? Either way its 8 hrs of sleep. So I stands to reason, I would feel the same, regardless of what time frame I slept the 8rs? Is anyone else like this?

I am! and yes, your body clock is not on schedule with earth time. most of the time, teenagers have this problem. the only way to correct it is to make yourself go to sleep AND wake up at the same time everyday. it will be reaaallllyy hard at first, but it takes 21 days to make a true habit. if you are really determined, you can do it! good luck

oh and if you have trouble falling asleep, take benadryl 30 minutes before you need to go to sleep. the drowsy side effect in the allergy medicine will help you fall asleep. and dont worry, its not an addictive drug
