I just got one from Verizon Wireless.
Great phone - really.
The battery however, is humanly impossible to remove. Does anyone know why?
Has anyone actually made sense of the whimpy arrows that the instruction book includes? The arrows tell you to push down and slide out. It aint that easy folks. I can remove and replace my car battery faster.

Come on - one of you has to have one of these. It's a simple question...a complext subject but a simple question.
All I need to know is by what means and what machinery you had to use to get the battery cover off - that's all.

LOL, it's a three handed thing. You push on the little button and then get your finger nails or a thumb tack or somewthing skinny under there and pull out... Do it all from the top - you're right it doesn't so much slide.
