pills doesnt work..u just have to eat a lot of meat and run lots of stairs.run up 30 floors 6 times a day for 6-9months,i have tried it
it work prefectly so does my friends..
and im now the fastest forward position in my basketball team.

Don't try to medicate where you feel you have short comings.
I believe you'll become faster with practice.
Continue your starts and finishes. Practice as often as you can and listen to your coach.
You can try diet and exercise such as swimming to lose weight if you need to.
Don't take any pills in an attempt to improve performance, the least they'll do is cost you money, and they could very likely harm you.
